Joanne Anderson develops strategies that help leaders enable change.

Joanne is an accomplished higher education leader with substantial experience as a trusted advisor to presidents and CEOs, drawing on her experience in strategic communications, project oversight, and strengthening organizational collaboration and engagement.

She has been honing her organizational leadership and communications expertise since beginning her career at Lehigh University in the 1980s. She focuses on how internal and external communications, marketing, and public relations work together to advance goals. She has 30+ years of experience as a senior leader in higher education and communications organizations and, most recently, as a consultant in the postsecondary and nonprofit sectors. Her work has earned a number of awards and recognition.
